WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR REGISTRATION?

CAN MY CHILD ATTEND A TRIAL SESSION, BEFORE JOINING THE ACADEMY?
They sure can! It is important both parent and child is happy with our academy! Trial sessions take place every week, and last 1 hour.
If you would like your child to attend a trial class? Hit the 'Book Now' button, and select the program you would like to join. Then select 'Trial' from the payment options displayed and confirm the date you would like to attend the trial, and Voila!
THE TRIAL CLASS WAS GREAT, WHATS NEXT?
If your happy, then we're happy! Simply, advise the coach at the end of the trial class of your intention to join Wolfies, and we'll send you a player application pack for registration.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE TRAINING COURSE
I WANT TO JOIN IS FULL?
If your preferred course, and location is full? Then we will add your application to our waitlist. Once a space becomes available, we will notify you accordingly. Alternatively, you can check if the training course you require, is available at one of our other locations?
HOW DO I ARRANGE PAYMENT FOR TRAINING?
Payments can be made on-line via this website. Simply hit the 'Book Now' button, and select the program you would like to join. Then follow the payment instructions.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY TRAINING?
If you withdraw your child from training. Then no refund or credit is given.

WHAT IF MY CHILD IS SICK AND CANNOT ATTEND TRAINING?
If your child is running a fever, it is usually best for them to skip training. A fever indicates that your child’s body is working hard to fight off an infection.

If your child is sick with something contagious? Then playing alongside others, can result in the whole team getting sick.
​
In either case its best to keep your child at home, and notify the coach of their absence.
WHAT IS THE MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY?
If we have received notification prior to the start of the training session. That your child is sick and sent us a copy of the doctors note for reference. Then you can either select a makeup class, or credit the missed class against the next invoice.

If your child misses a training session without prior notification. Then no makeup class, or credit will be given.

If we need to cancel a training session due to unforeseen circumstances. Then we will provide a make-up class at a later date.
IF TRAINING IS CANCELLED DUE TO BAD WEATHER. HOW ARE WE NOTIFIED?
If a typhoon, or black rain signal is raised prior to a training session? Then training will be cancelled, and notification given via the academy whatsapp channel.

If a typhoon, or black rain signal is raised during a training session. Then training will continue as normal.
IS IT TOO EARLY FOR A TODDLER OF 2 YEARS OLD TO JOIN THE ACADEMY?
Being active, can never be too early for any child. Especially in toddlers,
as it helps strengthens bones, heart, and muscles.
Playing sport (in general) helps children learn to control their emotions
and channel negative feelings in a positive way. It also helps develop movement, coordination and increases self-esteem.
CAN I LEAVE MY CHILD AT THE CLASS?
Children 5 years and over, can be left un-supervised until the end of the training session. In the event of a problem? Our coaches will contact the parent/guardian registered on the player application form.

For children left un-supervised please arrive before the class finishes, ensuring prompt collection at the end. Once a lesson has finished, the children are no longer the responsibility of Wolfies Football Academy.

If you are going to be late picking up your child? Then please contact the coach prior to the end of the training session, using the academy group whatsapp. We will ensure your child is safe, and taken care of until you arrive.
WHAT MAKES WOLFIES FOOTBALL ACADEMY DIFFERENT TO OTHER FOOTBALL ACADEMIES?
Naturally, you cannot develop a proper training program without the help of experts. All of our training programs, and the exercises conducted have been designed and developed by Wolfgang Luisser a UEFA Pro Coach, and assistant manager to the Hong Kong national team. Providing our players with a level of insight and football know-how that other academies can only dream of.
DO YOU CATER FOR ALL ABILITIES
We certainly do! Our focus is on creating a secure, fun and inclusive environment for all.
IF I JOIN WOLFIES FOOTBALL ACADEMY. DOES MY CHILD NEED TO WEAR A FOOTBALL KIT?
Yep, they sure do! Its mandatory for all children who attend our
training to wear the academy kit. As it demonstrates to the
rest of the players that your child is now part of a team,
builds unity, and togetherness from day one!

But don't worry we have you covered!
All NEW joiners to the academy receive a FREE football kit. Simply select the size required during booking and payment.
​
Delivery takes around 2-3 days with stock available, or 4 weeks if no stock is available. During this period your child can wear his/her own tee-shirt, shorts, and socks.
WHAT SHOES SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR FOR TRAINING?
Normal sports shoes are acceptable. We do not allow trainers with studs.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD BRING FOR TRAINING?
Your child needs to wear the correct kit and bring a good water bottle. Ensuring they stay hydrated during the training session.
WHAT IF MY CHILD IS INJURED DURING TRAINING?
As we operate in a soft play environment, then our younger year students are well protected. However, accidents do happen, and we are well prepared for them. All our coaches are first aid certified, and a
first aid kit is available at all our facilities.

If an accident were to occur, and there was doubt as to the child’s condition. Then the coach will call emergency services without delay, and our office will inform the parents/guardians as quickly as possible.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS DURING TRAINING?
We understand parents/guardians want to take photos and videos of
their children training. However please be sensitive to others, and please do not take any pictures/video’s if you have been asked to stop!

If you are planning on posting your pictures/video’s to social media then please use common sense. We need to ensure all parties are comfortable and that our players are protected from the misuse of images, which places them at risk.
