TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all individuals who participate in or use any services or facilities provided by Wolfies Football Academy (“Academy”). By participating in or using the Academy’s services or facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in or use the Academy’s services or facilities.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Our Academy is open to children of all ages. However children under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign

their player application form.

 

 

ENROLEMENT & PAYMENT

All participants must enrol and make payment in full prior to participating in any services or activities provided by the Academy. The Academy reserves the right to change its fees and payment policies at any time.

 

 

HEALTH & SAFETY

It is the responsibility of the participant or parent/guardian to inform our coaching staff of any medical conditions or allergies that could affect the participant’s ability to train safely. In the event of an emergency, we will contact the emergency contact listed on the player application form.

 

 

CLOTHING & FACILITIES

All Academy participants must wear the Academy approved football kit, including appropriate footwear. The Academy is not responsible for lost or damaged clothing. Participants must respect the facilities and equipment provided by the Academy and use them in a safe and appropriate manner.

 

 

CODE OF CONDUCT

The Academy expects all participants to adhere to a code of conduct, which includes its participants showing respect to the coaches, and their team-mates. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate by our coaching staff will result in immediate dismissal from the Academy, without a refund.  Please refer to our code of conduct policy.

 

 

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

The Academy does not offer refunds for training that has been paid for but not used. The Academy will however schedule a make-up class, or credit the missed class against future invoices.  The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services or activities due to poor weather or other circumstances beyond its control. 

 

 

LIABILITY WAIVER

By enrolling in our Academy, you acknowledge that there are certain inherent risks associated with physical activity and waive any liability against the Academy, its coaches, or employees for any injuries or damages that may occur during participation.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

Our Academy may take photographs or videos during training sessions or games for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media, website, and printed materials. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or filmed, please notify the Academy in writing before the first training session.

If your child is included in any photographs or videos taken by the Academy, you hereby grant permission for the Academy to use these photographs or videos for promotional purposes. Our Academy takes the safety and privacy of our players seriously. We will not post or publish any photographs or videos that could compromise their safety or privacy, including photographs or videos that show a child’s full name, address, or other personal information.
